Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor-led training for new and existing employees
- Deliver ongoing training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide one-on-one coaching for professional growth
Required Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
- Experience with data analysis to assess training impact
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and technologies
