Learning Management System Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System Specialist who will provide data analysis and reporting for the LMS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LMS databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and routine backups
• Compile, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate performance reports
• Provide troubleshooting support for LMS software applications and coordinate with IT for technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in relevant areas such as learning theory or instructional design
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Experience with LMS database management and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of educational evaluation and instructional product development
