About the Role

We are looking for a Philippines-based, part-time HubSpot Technical Support Assistant to support our internal teams in optimizing and troubleshooting our HubSpot CRM and automation tools. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, ensuring smooth system operations, and supporting teams to maximize their use of HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams using HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, sequences, properties, reports, and integrations.
  • Maintain and update HubSpot assets including properties, lists, templates, and workflows.
  • Assist with user management, roles, permissions, and system settings.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy, including deduplication and data cleanup.
  • Support the integration of HubSpot with other platforms and tools
  • Develop simple training materials or guidance for team members to improve platform usage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and supporting HubSpot CRM (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Experience with third-party integrations is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Academy certifications (CRM, Marketing, or Sales Software).
  • Experience supporting marketing, sales, or customer service teams.
  • Understanding of CRM best practices and data privacy standards.
