Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Behavioral Health Utilization Management Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff assignments within the Utilization Management Review team
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Act as a liaison with external entities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred
• Licensed Social Work candidates must have a Master Degree in Social Work
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder
• At least 3 years of Utilization Management Review experience in an insurance or managed care organization
• Supervisory experience leading a remote team in health plan operations
