Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist to oversee the admissions process for at-risk youth and support a team of Clinical Admissions Therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate admissions for clients, ensuring a compassionate and seamless experience
• Provide clinical supervision and performance management to the admissions team
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and coordinate care for clients

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions
• Independent licensure in a mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
