Azure Cloud Architect Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Consultant (Azure Cloud Architect).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure using industry best practices
• Implement migration methodologies to transition workloads into Azure and develop automation for continuous delivery
• Conduct assessments of existing cloud infrastructure and lead a team of engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications and Education

• 6+ years in enterprise architecture with 4+ years in designing cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure migrations
• Deep knowledge of Azure's Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipeline integration
• BA/BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification required
