CPA Transaction Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory M&A Consultant - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side or sell-side transactions
• Prepare Quality of Earnings reports and assist with post-merger integrations
• Provide insights on corporate strategy and deal analysis, including M&A taxes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience at the Manager level
• Experience in financial due diligence at the Senior level or above
• Background in public accounting and/or consulting preferred
