Key Responsibilities
- Lead the problem-solving process and manage the engagement team, overseeing analyses and deliverables
- Manage overall project goals by balancing client and colleague input
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while coaching and mentoring junior staff
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- At least 10 years of experience with healthcare providers on financial performance improvement initiatives, including 4+ years in management
- Experience in workforce/labor productivity assessments and implementations is required
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for improving healthcare delivery
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
