Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the problem-solving process and manage the engagement team, overseeing analyses and deliverables

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients while coaching and mentoring junior staff


Qualifications and Desired Skills
  • At least 10 years of experience with healthcare providers on financial performance improvement initiatives, including 4+ years in management
  • Experience in workforce/labor productivity assessments and implementations is required
  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for improving healthcare delivery
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
