Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between IT and business teams to implement change management practices and ensure stakeholder acceptance of process changes
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, develop change management plans, and create communication materials to facilitate understanding of changes
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring end-users can effectively adopt new processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in Change Management and Process Engineering
- Familiarity with the PBM industry is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is expected
- An advanced degree (MBA or similar) or specialized training in Change Management is a plus
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
