State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Programs Pharmacist to provide comprehensive support for clinical program operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage clinical incoming calls and conduct outreach to members, pharmacies, and prescribers
• Support operations of clinical programs, including pharmacogenomics and Medication Therapy Management
• Provide on-call support for after-hours pharmacist and clinical programs on a rotating schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
• 2+ years of prior managed care and/or clinical program administration experience
• Experience in customer service or call center required
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
