Data Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Management Consultant responsible for guiding organizations in the design and implementation of governance frameworks and policies for data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
• Advise on data management capabilities and assess current data landscapes to recommend improvements
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align data management with operational priorities and facilitate organizational change

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related fields
• Extensive experience in data stewardship, data architecture, and governance implementation (typically 5+ years)
• Design and implementation experience with data management tools and technologies
• Up-to-date knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and modern data engineering patterns
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills to interface across technology and business functions
