Prospective Payment Agreement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospective Payment Agreement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, coordinate approval, publish, and archive policy memoranda for PHS and NOAA PPA updates
• Plan and document structured quarterly management reviews and track decisions and actions
• Lead change management initiatives and develop targeted training for personnel

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Policy, or related field (master's preferred)
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations, policy, or compliance; 3+ years in consulting and/or a federal environment
• Experience in drafting policy/SOPs and facilitating cross-agency forums
• Familiarity with federal reimbursable billing processes and audit requirements
