Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Strategy & Development (Pain Management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement clinical strategies to enhance patient outcomes and medication management
• Lead and manage clinical teams, providing guidance and mentorship for project execution
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders to drive innovation and improve healthcare delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy and/or Pharm.D. degree
• A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within a relevant field
• Strong understanding of opioid use disorder treatment and relevant regulations
• Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare settings
• Business acumen related to healthcare finance and reimbursement models
