Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain understanding of services and industry trends for effective proposal positioning
- Lead and coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in proposal development practices
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal management and writing, preferably in consulting services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in communications, English, business, marketing, or related fields
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in proposal development
- Experience with state government proposals and AI-powered RFP response tools is highly desirable
