Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager, responsible for developing high-caliber proposals to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain understanding of services and industry trends for effective proposal positioning
• Lead and coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in proposal development practices

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal management and writing, preferably in consulting services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in communications, English, business, marketing, or related fields
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in proposal development
• Experience with state government proposals and AI-powered RFP response tools is highly desirable
