Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead HAM / SAM ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, support, and develop ServiceNow solutions
• Participate in the design and implementation processes for ITAM, HAM, and SAM
• Utilize development skills to enhance ServiceNow functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Development skills relevant to ServiceNow
• Consultancy experience in a technical environment
