Key Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections to document construction defects, damage, or failures
• Analyze documents including contracts, change orders, and building codes
• Prepare cost estimates and technical reports for clients

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on construction experience or a combination of education and field experience
• Skilled in reading drawings, scopes, and specifications
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Capable of performing physical requirements of site inspections
• Experience as a self-directed, independent leader with strong project management skills
