Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Workers' Compensation audits, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
- Analyze client data to inform underwriting decisions and ensure proper coverage placement
- Act as a point of contact for claims inquiries, providing guidance and monitoring status updates
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Workers' Compensation, including audits, underwriting, and claims review
- Familiarity with multi-state and monopolistic state Workers' Compensation programs
- Proficiency in payroll and HRIS platforms, such as PrismHR
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
