Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care to individuals in PHP/IOP levels of care
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team for ongoing support and supervision

Required Qualifications

• Active LADC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, or New Hampshire
• Experience in addiction counseling, preferably in PHP/IOP
• Proficiency with technology and openness to integrating AI and bioinformatics
• Strong documentation skills
• Client-centered, recovery-focused approach
