Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Review Appraiser to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze residential real estate appraisals for quality and compliance with standards
• Determine fair market value using accepted appraisal practices and support valuations with documentation
• Create reports and provide updates while managing workload and meeting production goals

Required Qualifications

• Licensed, Certified Residential or Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in good standing
• Knowledge of real estate appraisal methods and market trends
• Understanding of building standards and appraisal techniques
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential real estate appraiser
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
