Washington Licensed Valuations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuations Analyst who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining pricing strategies for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions
• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and scopes of work
• Ensure accuracy of property valuations across the US and meet turnaround objectives for all valuations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
