Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Placement Specialist - Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts with partner insurance carriers for real estate clients
• Negotiate and secure competitive terms and conditions for real estate-specific risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in placement, underwriting, or carrier relationship management
• Strong understanding of carrier and wholesaler dynamics in the Middle Market
• Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business
• College degree and insurance designations (CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU) preferred
• Ability to maintain a state Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one
