Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic disposition of surplus assets and manage land and medical office building transactions
• Direct land-related projects, including zoning changes and easement negotiations, while facilitating property donations
• Provide formal supervision and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
