Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Real Estate Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the lease management database and ensure accurate property and insurance records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property management companies
• Prepare and analyze lease agreements, insurance claims, and related documentation

Required Qualifications

• AA degree required; BA preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate management or related fields
• Experience negotiating or reviewing commercial leases
• Familiarity with real estate lease management software systems
• Ability to analyze data and generate strategic reports
