Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuations Analyst who will work remotely to evaluate prospective deals and establish pricing strategies for properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and establish turnaround times for dispositions
• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgeting, and overall construction strategy
• Valuate properties across the US and ensure the accuracy of all valuations while meeting turnaround objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
