Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisitions Manager to lead a team of Senior Property Acquisitions Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of seven SPAAs, conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee due diligence and ensure state-based purchase targets are met, intervening in complex negotiations as necessary
• Collaborate with the Head of Acquisitions to shape strategies and maintain relationships with agents and developers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in property acquisitions or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of property investment and market analysis
• Experience in negotiation and relationship management
• Ability to implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
