Appraisal Licensed Valuations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 100% remote Valuations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions
• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budget, and scope of work
• Value properties across the US and ensure the accuracy of all valuations while meeting turnaround objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technology
