A company is looking for a Transaction Management Analyst to provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes
- Track lease information, property values, and real estate assignments
- Prepare reports and assist in local transaction implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and suggest improvements
- Experience analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Valid Real Estate License is desired but not required
