Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Specialist responsible for coordinating real estate procedures from site selection through preconstruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients' Real Estate teams and internal project teams to expedite the construction development process
• Review, reconcile, and process soft costs expenses related to Real Estate and Construction transactions
• Coordinate legal clearances, monitor project schedules, and ensure the resolution of conditions required to close Real Estate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Masters Degree preferred
• 7+ years of Real Estate Transactions experience for multi-site restaurant projects
• Paralegal experience in a real estate environment preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of Title and Surveys preferred
