Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Site Acquisition - Global Real Estate & Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of real estate assets aligned with the company's growth goals
• Manage negotiations and close transactions for various property types
• Conduct in-depth market research and oversee due diligence to ensure compliance and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in real estate site selection and acquisition, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, entitlement processes, and contract negotiation
• Experience in large-scale site acquisition and complex multi-party deals
• Adept at leveraging market intelligence tools and real estate data platforms
