Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist I, II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitments to identify and clear issues for issuing clear title
• Conduct due diligence and fact-finding with clients and consumers to resolve vesting discrepancies
• Obtain necessary documents from clients, consumers, and third parties to clear title defects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a Title Curative or Title Claims role
• Experience in the real estate industry or title and closing company
• Ability to work across multiple curative queues and channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
