Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent, coordinating negotiations and tracking transaction activity
• Contribute to new products and operational plans to achieve functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Healthcare transactions experience preferred
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Innovative mentality with the ability to develop new methods for problem-solving
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced math skills
