Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Director / Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support lifecycle, transactional, and promotional goals for B2C and B2B strategies
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle calendar and design segmented, personalized campaigns
- Serve as the technical owner of the enterprise CDP platform and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing
- Deep expertise in campaign orchestration using ESPs, CDPs, and/or CRM platforms
- 3+ years of experience leading a team with a player-coach mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Expertise in transforming complex data into strategic insights
