Key Responsibilities
  • Design and scale high-impact patient and provider journeys

  • Build and automate lifecycle journeys to improve enrollment conversion and support behavior change
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably in healthcare or healthtech
  • Proven success in building and scaling marketing programs with limited resources
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies across various platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and collaboration with Ops or Engineering
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
