Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive the creation, optimization, and management of automated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize automated lifecycle marketing journeys within Customer.io
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and relevant communications to reps, retail partners, and customers
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and conversion
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or similar roles
- Proficiency with Customer.io (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and performance measurement
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reverse logistics or marketplace platforms is a plus
