Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the end-to-end email and SMS lifecycle strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back
- Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance engagement, conversion, and revenue performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle campaigns with business objectives and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of building high-performing lifecycle programs with measurable revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
