Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Listening Test Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of Listening test items and ancillary materials for English language proficiency assessments
• Manage test development staff, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to item specifications and quality control
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful test item development

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with at least two years of relevant experience
• Expertise in developing large-scale English oral language proficiency assessments for K-12 multilingual learners
• Experience supervising test item development in a high-stakes context
• Familiarity with K-12 multilingual learners' oral language needs in U.S. school settings
• Experience managing complex assessment projects
