A company is looking for a Veeva LMS Training Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Veeva LMS, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs that meet regulatory requirements
- Monitor employee training compliance and generate reports on training completion and compliance status
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably in a regulated industry
- Experience with Veeva systems, particularly Veeva LMS, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of compliance training requirements in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly
