Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veeva LMS Training Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the Veeva LMS, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs that meet regulatory requirements
  • Monitor employee training compliance and generate reports on training completion and compliance status
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Experience with Veeva systems, particularly Veeva LMS, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of compliance training requirements in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly
