Key Responsibilities

- Lead execution of enterprise-wide training initiatives from needs assessment to measurement
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and optimize content delivery methods
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in developing and scaling learning programs
- Proven ability to analyze program data and recommend improvements
- Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented, growth mindset
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, LinkedIn Learning) is a plus
