Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate healthcare services for members
• Gathers clinical information to render coverage determinations and recommendations based on clinical criteria
• Communicates with providers to facilitate care and identifies members for referral opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
