Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the loyalty roadmap to enhance customer retention and engagement
- Manage daily operations of the loyalty program, ensuring seamless campaign execution
- Lead the referral program, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, preferably in eCommerce
- Experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns
- Familiarity with loyalty and referral platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty and retention reporting
- Experience working with technical teams to provide business requirements
