BxB Media is seeking a dedicated PPC Specialist – Paid Ad Specialist to join our team. As a PPC Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the setup and management of clients’ paid ad accounts across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Yahoo, and Bing. You will perform daily account management tasks, including monitoring keyword bids, budget caps, and other critical account metrics. Your role will also involve ensuring that landing pages are optimized with the right copy, images, and calls to action that align with the keyword ads. You will work to enhance clients’ Quality Scores on Google PPC and manage display network placements. Additionally, you will provide strategic recommendations for keyword opportunities and campaign structuring, all while generating comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and client goals. Staying updated with the latest trends in the PPC industry is crucial, as you will be responsible for monitoring web analytics and evaluating search performance across major channels. Effective communication with team members and management regarding project developments and timelines will be key to achieving client objectives. This position offers flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Responsibilities
• Perform daily account management of pay-per-click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms.

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
,
• Manage and maintain updates for keyword lists.
,
• Ensure that landing pages have the appropriate copy, images, and calls to action for the keyword ads that are pointed to them.
,
• Work to improve clients’ Quality Score on Google PPC.
,
• Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
,
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
,
• Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
,
• Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
,
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
,
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.

• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
,
• Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
,
• Work closely with other team members to meet client goals.

Requirements
• Google paid ad experience, or similar platform experience.
,
• Google AdWords, Search, Display, and Video Ad Certifications.
,
• Marketing account management experience.
,
• Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators.
,
• CRM database experience.
,
• High communicator via phone and email.
,
• Customer service focused.
,
• Innovative, curious, and highly motivated.
,
• HVAC or similar industry experience desired.
