Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Intelligence Manager to join the Marketing Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce support for Sales and Marketing, including lead routing, data loading, and report creation
- Oversee lead vetting operations and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and implement improvements
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and partner with BI and Analytics teams to enhance data flow and visibility
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Expertise in Salesforce with at least a Salesforce Associate certification
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales pipelines and data transformation in Excel or BI tools
- Experience with automation and enrichment platforms such as Zapier and Gong
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and create scalable workflows
