Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social media community management or customer experience
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
- Experience using social media engagement or listening tools
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
