AI Growth Marketing Manager

Full Remote of hybrid 2x a week in San Mateo, CA (your choice)

120k-160k base (can go higher if needed) + equity

Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven AI Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and retention through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage analytics and AI technologies to optimize campaigns and create a product-led growth strategy for our SaaS offerings.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on B2B customer acquisition and retention.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Implement product-led growth initiatives to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Amplitude and MixPanel to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI and machine learning to incorporate into marketing strategies.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience in product-led growth (PLG) concepts and strategies.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or MixPanel.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
