Senior Associate, Influencer Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Influencer Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and activate top-performing creators for influencer campaigns
• Manage high-budget influencer campaigns focusing on acquisition, ROAS, and CPA
• Track campaign performance and optimize to meet growth KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
• Experience within a DTC or eCommerce company
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume partnerships and meet quantitative targets
• Familiarity with influencer tools such as Shopmy, Impact.com, and LTK
• Passion for the beauty, wellness, and health space
