Manager of Quoting and Estimation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Quoting and Estimation - PCBA to oversee cost estimation activities for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end cost estimation process for PCBA projects
• Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data
• Develop and maintain cost models, pricing templates, and estimation tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, estimation, or sourcing
• Strong understanding of SMT processes and component sourcing
• Proficiency with BOM tools, ERP systems, and cost estimation software
• U.S. citizenship required for employment eligibility
