Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Design and Construction Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of project managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of healthcare design/build projects
• Collaborate with various departments to drive project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage state licensure requirements and provide leadership for risk intervention in design/build projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction with a proven track record in project management
• Current or ability to obtain healthcare construction/design credentials (e.g., ASHE CHC, AIA) within 6 months
• Ability to achieve state-specific general contractor licenses
• BS/BA in a related discipline or an advanced degree
• High level of business acumen related to financial and market positioning within the healthcare industry
