Manager of Rx Strategy & Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Rx Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Operations to enhance core offerings
• Develop initiatives for product innovation and operational effectiveness
• Manage P&L accountability for accounts across the revenue funnel

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy & operations, preferably in consulting, tech, or startups
• Strong analytical skills with experience in the pharma/life sciences industry preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
• Action-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• MBA or background in strategic consulting is preferred
