Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop global enrollment and retention solutions to enhance patient screening and compliance
• Build and manage patient engagement service offerings and associated costs for global bids
• Assess patient enrollment challenges and opportunities to improve recruitment and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• University/college degree, ideally in life science or health care
• MD, PharmD, PhD, or RN qualification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical research
• 3-5 years' experience in site communication and patient recruitment, preferably in a CRO setting
• Experience in scientific report writing and data analysis
