Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop solutions
• Own the delivery of the Business Requirements Package, including documentation and testing
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the Product Owner in tracking project progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Administration, Security, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis within the healthcare insurance sector
• Experience with EDI Eligibility and Billing transactions, as well as data mapping and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodology or Waterfall project planning
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data
